designing a concession bldg near ball fields at a local elementary school. Late winter construction of a water line to the building (maybe 350 feet) from the main school building.

Backhoe operator hit a hot wire serving a light pole for field lighting. Killed him.

No way the pole needed to be energized, and no way they should have been digging there without someone locating the line first. Very sad.
